FAQs: Your Questions, Answered

  • We mail the art to you no later than the 10th of every month. Folks in United States will receive their art with in 3-10 days of sending. International folks expect to receive your art 2-6 weeks after sending.

  • Need to make changes to your subscription? No problem. Email us at elle@letters-from-elle.com and we can update your subscription. If you are cancelling please let us know before the 10th of each month.

  • Sometimes the domestic mail can take up to 2 weeks and almost 6 weeks for international. If you still didnt get it- don’t worry. We will make it right. Just drop us a line at elle@letters-from-elle.com and we will mail you a replacement card and make it right.
